I like how they make a long line of excuses for this baby beating bitch in order to justify the light sentence.

"hard to explain" these cases. Just "lost her temper" and you know, beat a kid so bad the kid had "BRAIN DAMAGE", "out of character" for her. Opps.

So pushed him over at the top of the stairs then slammed him hard enough on the ground to fracture multiple bones and brain damage.... All because he was playing a game with her on the stairs..
