I agree with your points. That user has the emotional development and insightfulness of a child. You are teaching calculus to a first-grader who barely grasps elementary arithmetic - no matter what you say or do it is highly unlike they will understand what a derivative is.
It is unsurprising their toxic and biased mindset has only attracted experiences to confirm their viewpoints. People like him wallow in their own dark, miserable, and fear-driven cesspool they call "knowledge of female psychology". And to discount other people's experiences with females because their experience is the comprehensive, capital-T truth is hilarious.
There are plenty of women I have dated who have inspired me to become a better person. I am still in close contact with a few of them. Sure, sometimes there were hangups, but what two humans don't have that? I am a better person because of it.
