JFC! Even letting a woman sleep it off at your place after you've hosted a party is too much of a risk now. All she's got to do is point the finger at you and it's 2 years in jail.

This article raises more questions than it answers. In what possible way does this exonerate him? His DNA was found IN her vagina...how does the fact that there was another man in there too change anything?

Soo...is there more info? His DNA was there too. So he got free of the second rape but not of the first one or what? Did I not understand something?
