You were playing games and got busted.....then you doubled down with another lie about the reason you kept it a secret. You kept it a secret because you wanted both pieces of pussy not because of some "feeling" for this girl, so of course she didn't believe you.

I think your basic problem is one which a lot of women struggle with...you want to keep your good guy image to yourself of not being one of those guys who is cheating on some supposedly gf material girl while at the same time you want that other piece of pussy. I mean look at your wimpy words...."some other girl chasing me" \ "I wanted to keep it secret not to make her upset"....which is and attempt to try to make appear as though you are an innocent bystander with this other girl.

Please.....
Just own it, it is likely to make your frame more congruent....YOU want to smash the new piece and keep the other girl as well...that is you. Own it. Now as to whether your LTR is going to put up with it, is an entirely different story. I would say that if she does then she isn't likely LTR material...quality girls don't overlook dishonesty, cheating and wimpy frames.

I see these two a lot here . That first part let's her know she has the power , going no contact typically is a power move . They don't really work together. You fucked up and you put the ball in her court so yeah you should go No contact but not to make her miss you but because you fucked up and have to give her a second to think .

Just reading this I can either tell you are new here or don't understand TRP but it sounds like you have played this whole situation wrong.

Your problem is that you felt the need to lie to maintain this image of being what you [mistakenly] think a guy is supposed to be in order to be seen as good, acceptable, "good enough" or whatever else.
