The dad has been sentenced to life already but not her. he was a trucker who worked up to 80 hour shifts said he was not aware there was a problem cause he was gone. I think he deserves punishment. i think it goes without saying that the mother was the primary caregiver in the situation. If she gets a lesser sentence then this would be a pass once again, as these convictions often are. the fact he wasnt charged with child endangerment but Murder is debatable to me but unfortunately, everyone failed that child. the mother did the most and did it in an incredibly cruel way that i think she should be charged with every single thing they can get her on and have her never see the outside ever again. Id consider parole for the dad. Its not a huge stretch of the imagination that he was under the impression that she was in charge of taking care of the poor kid.
