I've seen with my own eyes that these exist in major companies. 'Women in X' WhatsApp groups, slacks, etc.

Interestingly, I've also seen a tendency for high-ranking and high-performing women to avoid them. I've had one (who works in a powerful and very visibly left leaning company) tell me face to face that she subscribes but will never participate, because it's bad optics to the rank and file women not to be a member but bad optics to the higher ranking women to play the identity politics games played by the rank and file women.
