According to the court documents she met the victim at Sonic. Her BF had nothing to hold her, no child, sister, brother, nothing. She literally could have hopped on a bus and left.

She ordered food with the victim and he even offered to let her stay at his house, by her own admission.

I quote:

"While the victim and the defendant waited for their food to arrive, the victim told the defendant that she did not need to be "stayin' on the streets" and, assuring the defendant that "he was a safe person," asked the defendant to spend the night at his house, to which the defendant agreed."

Worse, by her own words, she wasn't raped by him:

"She also acknowledged that she never saw a gun in the victim's hand and that the victim did not try to rape her. "

It was after she was charged that she changed the story to being a victim.

The officers said that they shot was straight through the back of his head as if he was sleeping facing away from her, the shot was parallel to the floor and that there was gun powder on the pillow case. This indicates he was asleep and never knew it happened. It also shows that it was extremely premeditated because she put it right up to the back of his head so the gunpowder was on the pillow.

She stole $172 in cash and the weapons. She then took his keys and truck. She took it to Walmart, it wouldn't start again, so she went back to the hotel to get a friend to jump it for it. She repeatedly returned to the hotel. She had the truck and she could have drove off at any time and escaped her "captors", but kept returning.

She went to a medical facility later and attacked the nurse and threatened to shoot her.

Read the report, it's horrendous and the dumbass of a governor (I'm on the right, but that guy is a disgrace.) decided to buy her lies. No way you can read that report of the court trial and come away that she is a victim.
