Not really. Small towns where everyone knows everyone, it's hard to have multiple plates or to change a first impression they may have of you.

TRP is primarily about recognizing your SMV and the ways to improve it.

Lifting will make you look better regardless of where you live. Having friends and being on good terms with others will give you social proof regardless of where you live. Earning more money will make you more valuable no matter where you live. Knowing how to talk to women will let you talk to women better no matter where you live.

Now, some niche tips won't apply. Like if you live in a town of 500, you can't go clubbing and rail a different chick each night, unless you go to a bigger town. But that's not necessary to RP. TRP does not necessitate that you fuck 50 girls a year, nor does it state "thou shalt not engage in long term monogamous relationships". You can very much apply TRP to your life no matter where you are, it's just the specific strategies for specific lifestyles that may not work.
