So universities are appointing biased investigators and keeping them in their jobs even after these cases happen and courts slam the colleges for denying the accused due process.

Clearly, the punishments for these colleges are not severe enough. They shouldn’t be required to re-admit the student or re-try them under their biased systems. They should simply have to clear the student’s college record so he can attend another school, and pay an enormous amount of money to him for the impact on his life. I’m thinking in the millions or tens of millions of dollars, as these proceedings can put the accuser’s life on hold until he gets it resolved in court, and that means years of lost income.

Well I'm glad about the decision. But holy shit man this is four years later. Imagine having to wait four years to finish school. I hope the university has to pay hefty punitive damages.
