I didn't even know her. Lots of employees at that job, perhaps I interacted with her once.
She found out where I lived, found my address, showed up at my house, kept track of what I was doing, told people we were dating/engaged - full on 100 percent psychopath crazy person.
I did eventually try to file a stalking police report but the officer laughed at me.
Eventually when she showed up at my house for like the tenth time I explained if I saw her at my house again I was going to open the door and sick my roommate's pitbull on her and advised her to seek psychiatric help.
Maybe not the nicest thing to say but I grew up kinda hood that stuff doesn't leave you even if you get an education and get a white collar job.
She then got mad and went to HR and claimed that I was sexually harassing her outside of work.
HR wanted to fire me but they said since the "harassment" allegedly occurred outside of work they couldn't.
I walked into the HR meeting with copies of all her psychotic messages and my response "leave me alone I dont know you".
I also brought evidence I was doing other things during the times she accused me of "harassing" her or whatever.
They truly didn't care and just believed the woman.
Because of this incident I follow the Mike Pence Rule (before it was known as the Mike Pence Rule) and refuse to mentor female employees at work. I spend any political capital I have at work trying to undo diversity programs. Whenever I am mentoring a young up and coming high-achiever guy I warn him not to trust any woman in the office because people get jealous of winners and will take you down. And nobody wants to say this in the MeToo era, but a percentage of women are just fucking nuts and get a pass from society.
