Why would you cohabitate if you don't plan on getting married?

Own the house, have her pay a $1 monthly lease. Draft the papers with a lawyer and all that. She'll legally be a tenant and in no way can she fall under the co-habitation law where if u live long enough together you're legally considered husband and wife. You can also evict her at any point.

Make money. Surrogate mother then get a Maid or childcare individual for your downtime and help.

Just don't bang the babysitter, leave that to your son.
