Dr Mahinder Watsa, a sexpert, writes a daily in famous Indian newspaper "Mirror". People anonymously asks him questions relating to Sex, he replies in witty, mischievous manner. He is quite famous. In question number 2, he is being serious than his usual persona and advising questioner to join Men's Rights movement.

Is he? A tonal shift is good, but all he's saying is 'people are talking, you can too!' He doesn't even acknowledge the direct questions at the end of the submitted letter. That's not help, advocacy, or anything like that. It's a polite dismissal.

Actually he never answers directly unless he prescribes a Medicine. This is first time he ever mentioned as positive as this about men. I am just glad to see he recognizing the movement

He often answers directly, e.g. his answer to the previous question in the photo. But the questions selected for publishing out of the 60 he answers each day tend to be joke questions or ones where the answer is obvious, so the part of the answer he publishes is just the joking bit. I'd think the normal private reply he sends would also contain a straight answer.

He might be thinking of Easing the social stigma against adultery Making divorce easier and more acceptable Reducing the influence of parents in making the choice of spouse and of marriage Reducing the economic significance of marriage.
He's 90, this interview gives a vivid picture of the difficulties doing sex education in India over the last 70 years. For example being invited to do a sex education session in a school, so long as he promised not to mention menstruation. He gets 60 letters and emails a day and answers them all.

Not at all. Firstly there is a huge social, political, mass media brainwashing and appeasement for women's issues.
Men's rights get trampled on and mocked.
If some serious issues happen, you will get some sympathy in rIndia. Otherwise, you will be mocked out.

This is true. Men's Rights are not even a consideration by Society as society presumes Men have automatically all sorts of rights. We expected with fake allegations in recently introduced MeToo movement will give us some momentum for spreading MRM awareness but nothing happened

Our constitution is Feminist. There are 50 #GenderBiasedLaws which are completely misandric against Husband and their family members and straightaway benefit wife/daughters-in-law. Divorce filed by husband gets dragged until there are any solid proofs still ending up paying for Alimony whether its wife's fault or your fault, most wives have lesser education/non earning capacity end up getting monthly maintenance with multiple Maintenance laws, Child custody battles takes years and years of time and end up mostly benefiting Wife. There is chaos when it comes to laws. Women have started recognizing their legal benefit and often blackmail their husbands to do what Women wants. Situation is horrific.
