He is also claiming to be a police officer and threatening that he puts people “like [me]” in jail..

What a piece of work...

A little back story. We met underage outside a bar in Hollywood. We were riding freight trains, racking up warrants and committing petty crimes, and drinking like fish. One day she becomes pregnant and wont take “it would be irresponsible for us to keep this” for an answer. We break up, naturally she goes and gets state assistance in Los Angeles county. Fast forward a bit and i have now recieved notices from Los Angeles County AND Kansas requesting large sums of money for child support. When i requested a paternity test they cited an earlier case when the child was taken from her then given back after 6 months of skipping drug tests, where they made a case about my alleged history with heroin (ive tried a few things here and there but have no history with heroin whatsoever) and judged me father while i had never set foot in a courtroom.

I have since been working for years to turn my life around, i have been gainfully employed by the same company for 2 years straight and im trying to start school for the bazillionth time in spring.

I have not been paying because i repeatedly requested a paternity test, and it is also illegal to my knowledge for multiple cases to be active against a person at a time. My old car broke and i have since had to get a new vehicle with higher payments and higher insurance and i have not applied for a modification, but then today my funds were frozen in all accounts. I dont know if they took it or just denied me access, but how am i supposed to pay a lawyer with no money? Feeling overwhelmed and i dont even know where the kid is, shes been bouncing from state to state with him.
