However, the Sessions Court found Rakhi guilty of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and sentenced her only to 10 years in prison.

Brutally murdering own disabled 13 year old child, cover up the murder, hiding extra marital affair, trying to scam insurance money, after all this she managed to gain sympathy from court.
