Is anyone interested in banding together for some grassroots level family law and court reform? I know there are some groups out there, and I have been involved with a few, but I feel like a new group is needed that addresses things in a different way. I figured brainstorming with like-minded people would be a good idea. I really liked Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) at first, but after investigating them further I found that their overall focus was too different from mine to really work out well, plus they seem to have blocked new memberships until further notice, so they are kind of out anyway.

I was affected by family court through my own parent's divorce and custody dispute, and I am now dealing with it for the second time with my own kids. I feel like the courts have always let me down: they let legal gray-area violations slide, more families are harmed by the court's interventions, and I have honestly about had enough. I have spent many years and much cash trying to protect my rights as a father, and I am no longer convinced at all that following the various court's protocols is the right way to do things. I do not exactly know what I am suggesting, but whatever it is, but I think creative solutions are needed.

I have a background in web development, and I am connected to folks who have skills in professional writing, social media marketing, etc. We could start something as a men's rights group, but I know there are mothers out there who I am sure share a similar problem set and would be perfect to link up with. Plus having both genders involved could help by providing both parental aspects. Aside from that, I know people who do not have kids of their own yet, but were affected heavily by how family court treated them and one of their parents, and they want to see family court law reformed as well.

Any ideas? I am kind of new to Reddit, but I was really surprised and excited to see how active it is, and how fast I received comments and attentions to my other posts. I am willing to bet that if a bunch of us started working on this, it could blow up pretty good. Maybe find creative ways to get things to go viral, i.e. catchy videos, memes, etc. I have met a bunch of people over the years that went through similar things to me, and had similar needs court-wise, and I do not want to let any more like-minded people slip through my fingers. Please post ANYTHING you think is a good idea or want to say, and/or reach out to me directly. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of responses this gets. Thanks for reading.
