Long story short, iv'e been working on my SMV for over a year now. I was extremely skinny and now iv'e put on 35lbs and am more of a smaller but athletic build, obviously in shape. I have cleaned up my skin for the better, have a pretty good hairstyle and keep maintained overall. Never been popular with women but I attribute that to my attitude because if you don't even approach women in the first place then you can't really complain about it. However, thats mainly because I felt like I was too low SMV to until recently. Anyways I was talking with a newer group of friends who haven't seen how much physically iv'e changed and they were talking about their 'rating scale' and were rating each other. Anyways I asked them what they thought I was because obviously other people are the best measure of your true SMV and they unanimously put me at around a 5.. I mean, I thought all of the improvement i'd made would have made me at least above average. I mean it is just one group of people and they could just be pegging me pretty low, but how do you think I should take hearing something like that because it definitely bothers 'me' you know. Makes me feel like i'll never be high SMV if all the improvement iv'e made put me at dead average.
