So as the title says she took a voluntary cut in hours worked and no longer pays for after school program which was factored into child support.

Back story is we divorced 3 years ago. She made more then what I make she also has a rental house that was not factored into child support. She is remarried to some one who makes over 100k a year (She made 60k i make 38k) when I brought up a change in child support she threatened to take away the tax credit I have for my oldest.

The child support would change if I went for modification 1800 a year. But the tax credit is 2000 a year. So she has me. The law is unfair. I never missed a payment even when I was out of work due to a major surgery for 6 months. I have the kids 35% of the time. I am a caring involved father and she is a money hungry ex. I try to do what's fair and right and I get ducked.

She gets to nickle and fine me each month for kids extra expenses. Ie she bought them books at the book fair. Or the kids had an option to turn in 5$ for school pta thing so they could get a pizza party.(yes she wanted $2.50) Hair cuts. Ect.... It goes on and on. I have no problem for actual related expenses. It all the bs ones that get me. She feels free to spend my money.

So I just get screwed because I can't afford to fight it and she wins. Any advice I can get would help
