Not a typical subject matter for TRP, but I figure there may be some very productive and/or wise people on here who can answer my question.

I recently went back to school to revitalize my career prospects (grad school, STEM-related). Grad school is great, but I started to realize that it is very different from undergrad. Mainly, there is a shit ton of projects. This along with my work has made things hectic, since I don't have the skill levels to handle this. Basically, one long term project for each of my 3 classes, plus work long term project, plus another long term project for my other job. Plus, I want to consider socializing like a project too (in that it's a long term goal to improve my social circle and meet women).

I'm currently using a mix of Google calendar for deadlines, a daily to do list with Google Keep. My method is essentially to see which project has an upcoming milestone or deadline this week or next week and start chunking it down, since that's the only way to approach large project (my to do list might say "spend 3 hours on this project").

Once the summer comes, I'll have a ton of extra time to incorporate a new time management method to handle life. I don't expect to be perfect, but I at least need a better strategy that can handle this type of life. I would actually prefer a job where I can just clock in and clock out, but pretty much every cool job I'm thinking of requires being future-minded.

I'm not sure what is out there, but I would love to hear your strategies or time management methods for multiple projects in life.
