I don't apologize for the title.

So I'm post college and i recently began my career. I got my job via an alumni whom I was close with. Unfortunately he's unable to directly help me with this issue as he is several pay grades above me and in a different department.

I have a female coworker who has become extremely big headed. By this I mean she assumes she is my boss. She is not. We report to the same person.

I work in an office that is half male and half female. I'm the only male member of management. Anyway I need advice on how to deal with her, especially after she has scolded and nagged me about being late ( by about a minute, even then I was in the office and already working), a lot of small things.

As of now just general advice would be great. I'm out with family enjoyinh my weekend and will edit in the specific examples I'm seeing often in a few hours.
