Now I'm sure you're retarded. Dumping the body in the lake was illegal. She was prosecuted and sentenced for that crime. The appellate court did not say that dumping a body in a lake is not illegal, or that she couldn't be prosecuted for it, or that she wasn't guilty. The Court properly decided that it is not a separate and additional crime to remain silent.
