Even in a board of like 4 people? We have to knock a guy out or promote any woman? I don’t understand the logic, won’t the best people naturally be filtered to the top?

So I went and read about this in r/feminism and most comments were about how this is backwards to equality and is going to make people hate feminists. At least they can see that
