This post has been removed because the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable.

So please don't do it. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

Well obviously.

I've only ever been in one real , active life or death situation and it was during a flood in my home city. I was a young child and my father, who at the time was an active communist and my mother a 'feminist', both dropped all of the "we're all equal bullshit", and he tried to get us, my mother and me, out of flooded areas of the city while he went to do.... something. Probably help my grandmother , uncles and aunts. My mother didn't resist, complain or even worry about my father, she was fine with just ditching him and saving ourselves, probably herself actually , I don't know for sure.

Anyway, we all made it but large sections of the city were completely engulfed by water and there were many deaths.... I wasn't even aware of the danger until I was way older.
