That this travesty of justice ever saw the light of day is an absolute disgrace, the sooner collages are told refer everything to the police the better. The other disgrace are the pathetic payouts that these young men who have had their lives screwed by Kafkaesque kangaroo courts. The compensation should have been in every case more than the person could properly expect to earn in a lifetime if they made it to a good level. Lets say they get to upper management at say $200k over 45 years that is nine million, that would teach the collages a good lesson in fair behavior.
