Hi I'm 16 and swallowed the pill a few months back. I am in a private school in London and set to do fairly well in my A levels at the end on next academic year (provided I work, which I will). After that I'm a bit stuck on what to do. Ive taken politics, philosophy and economics as my 3 subjects and am pretty even in terms of ability at each of them. I'm looking at business degrees from various Unis which my parents can afford and will pay, however, I'm very reluctant to throw away so much time and money in what seems to be just a validation paper at the end of it. Although I think I would enjoy Uni, I'm considering apprenticeships whilst potentially learning to code or something like that, that could set me up very well for further careers, at a fraction of the price of uni. (A typical Uni is around 10000 pounds a year + accommodation, food etc) Does anyone here have any thoughts on Unis and the best degrees or good Uni alternatives
