I want to stress that awareness should be spread around us about. Change starts in small steps. When you see violence against men, or jokes about hurting them in the privates, or any other form of double standards, speak up! It can be as simple as watching some TV or movie with someone (holywood is full of these things!!). Something will pop up and we have to speak up! this is where we start to correct these atrocities in a society that shames and harrasses anyone who tries to defend men.
