I wanted to share the sexism that occured at my old work

When I started me and another girl were going to be hired she got hired permeant part time and me casual. Both had similar experience. She got pregnant and was allowed to keep working at home

I was promised 6 more months there 4 weeks in my job got passed to another lady. Who had 3 years off to be with her kids. Then my boss gives me a chat and i got given 6 more weeks there and I am out. New lady again works from home because of kids. But my boss had to call me back in despite being finished. For 6 hours to come in and catch the new lady up because she was behind after two weeks

Then i applied to work in admin but they hired 3 new females

Worst thing is they get a puff piece about being a diverse workplace because of hiring females

Fuck the blatant sexism
