There shouldn’t even be reserved spots. The spots should be reserved for those who DESERVE it, not untrained, uneducated people who do the job worse than people who could become an executive if it weren’t for them not being allowed as those spots are for woman. You should earn a spot, not get it because the board needs to get to a percentage

Why do you consider the article rubbish? It's presenting facts about the quota system failing, if it was biased for the system why would they print it?
