If I rubbed my dick into a woman's ass without her consent, that'd be considered sexual assault.

A woman who was in her late 40's going around to all the guys in a bar saying "is that [dick] for me"? Lots told her no, but she's doing what is sexual harassment. If I went around to women saying "is that for me" imagine the public lynching.

Watching women grab guy's crotches on a dare and laugh about it, and he looks stunned but says nothing.

For example, I worked retail about 20 years ago when I witnessed 40 plus-aged women blatantly groping a 18 year old guy, and everyone thought it was funny, including the guy. Is that an example of: "It doesn't count because he liked it?"

She took the risk of him being upset, and he laughed it off. Of course he might be lying about it and crying on the inside, but supposing he really didnt give a fuck, then I wouldnt consider it harassment or assault, but the reverse should also be true. However, you have to be the 'right guy' to do it as even a joke, so the risk/payoff is far, far worse for a man trying this out with women they work with.

In the end, human beings aren't a mass of clones. You've got many people who, in specific situations would find it funny or fun to grope each other randomly, even just friends, while others would consider that disgusting, or uncomfortable, and claim sexual assault.

And then riding on top of that is women who encourage it, and then regret it days later and claim harassment or assault.

Furthermore, women might do things thinking 'this is normal', and then 20 years later when culture changes they go 'i realize now I was a victim', despite the fact that it did niot cause them distress at the time.
