So a lot of this post is just going to be copy and paste of my comment, but I just read the the thread about the male student at Dartmouth being expelled despite clearly being the victim of a violent sexual assault that left marks on his body. The article on it is here
He was violently sexually assaulted and feminist administrators ignored that and punished him anyway. There is clear indications that the accuser knew what she was doing in making the false accusation, and clear evidence of collusion among administration. This is scary and cannot be ignored. I made the hashtag "hesthevictim" on twitter, automod removes posts with twitter links but my username is MRAHollywood if you want to see it. I think we should try and make this story blow up, people need to know about this, for him and for everybody else at risk.
Here's the copy and paste of my comment on the article:
She also admitted that Doe had asked her to leave multiple times during the encounter.
So he said expressed "no" and his lack of consent, and she continued. That's rape.
Doe was disturbed by these revelations, while Smith “indicated she wanted to have sexual intercourse” with Doe, who turned her down. Smith then made a comment about “a friend of hers who had been falsely accused of sexual assault,” and said that if Doe agreed to sex, it would “help his ‘case.’”
So, she threatened him with a false rape accusation, so she must know how it works, especially as she knows it happened to a friend of hers- this is ridiculous, it's like it's something organized.
In October, Smith spoke to Heather Lindkvist, then Dartmouth’s former Title IX Coordinator, and “filed a complaint of physical assault against John Doe.” Smith made explicitly clear that the sexual encounter had been consensual (ignoring Doe’s intoxication), and that her complaint was limited to the bruises she received from the sadomasochistic activities. Lindkvist ignored this distinction and launched an investigation targeting Doe under Dartmouth’s procedures for handling sexual assault instead of the college’s Committee on Standards, the body responsible for handling offenses of a non-sexual nature.
Heather Linkdvist is very problematic and has a troubling history among Dartmouth studies. His a post from Dartmouth students about her harassing sexual assault victims. She completely ignores the fact of the case where the male student was not only innocent, but in fact the victim.
and that Doe’s participation was due to his state of intoxication. Despite these admissions, she insisted that “this is not a nonconsensual sex case.”
So she admits that he was only there because he was too drunk (rape), then says it was not a case on nonconsensual sex. It almost sounds like mocking the situation and bragging that as a female, she knows she'll be found in favor even if she's in the wrong.
Dartmouth’s Interim Director of Judicial Affairs, Katharine Strong, initially tried to convene a sexual misconduct disciplinary panel, contrary to the college’s procedure.
So she really pushed to have a victim of violent sexual assault punished...think about that.
The abridged report did not contain the evidence showing that Smith had initiated the physical altercation and had told her friends that she enjoyed it.
So it was known and ignored that the male student was not guilty. Why was it ignored?
Dean of the College Rebecca Biron heard the appeal on May 2 and upheld both decisions.
Look up Rebecca Biron, hardcore misandrist feminist.
The female student violent sexually assaulted a male student too drunk too consent, threatened him with a false accusation, and admitted it all. And feminist authorities at the university not only ignored that, but punished the victim.
