Me and a group of friends went to an Applebee’s, and we got out of the car and were walking in the door. I see someone walking towards the door so I opened the door for them, and they didn’t look up and say thank you or anything. I open the next door for her, and she looked up and rudely said,” Why are you opening the door for me? I can do it myself.” I told her that I was just trying to help, and she stood there at the doorway and told me to shut the door so she could open it for herself. I closed the door and she opened it and stormed away shaking her head. I can’t believe that I controlled my anger. I still remember the experience every time I open a door for a stranger.
