Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

Mother-of-two, 40, falsely branded a neighbour a sex offender because he 'made too much noise building a guinea pig hutch in his garden'. It seems for many women if they do not get their way they make a false sex allegation knowing a man is not protected by the law.

Is sanity breaking out in the Indian legal community?

[–]perplexedm 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Sanity prevailed just in this one case.

In altercation cases between men and women, Indians add sexual violence by men just to make their case strong in the court. A mere allegation is enough to put man's side weak. And those figures add into sexual violence statics.

I've seen many real life instances where Indians including my friends abusing this without even slight afterthought.

To be fair, India seriously has a huge problem with this and rabid feminism as a whole. This law was actually needed very badly as many men found themselves without work or families on a woman's whim to become a famous victim and possibly get some cash.

On the other hand over there, feminism is very important in some regions, where true democracy allows local village law to reign and women are commodities, rape is accepted, and the like. India is very different from the USA's republic, to say the least.

Eh, you're being defensive of accusations of sexism not "fair". If the "to be fair" applies to the second paragraph as well. Feminism isn't important anywhere. Anywhere that women have major issues, men have major issues.

Those places need egalitarianism. Otherwise you end up with the problems of the west. See India as an example.

To solve actual problems, you need to look at the big picture to find real solutions. And feminism won't do that, it will blame patriarchy and men. Act as though women are the only victims, and pass laws that benefit women at the expense of men because men have no problems (since they never acknowledge them). All feminism leads to the same destination.

Calling a spade a spade is not sexist. Feminism is not women. Feminism is an ideology that benefits nobody long term. No, not even women.

Bout damn time! But too bad it's all the way in the East. At this point I would separate the sexes at school, work, church, gym, etc.
