I read the sidebar and some more theory on the main sub, but I don't fully understand implementing dread on a girl. Working out more/dressing well/raising personal standards all make sense. Flirting with other women is something I could do if I were not monogamous, but it seems there is no excuse during a relationship.

How can one escalate the dread without actually cheating/getting nudes? Those are the only two things I am fully opposed to.
