It's good there is another shelter in the US, but we need more. Hopefully it is a sign of changing attitudes

There needs to be more genderless domestic violence shelters, not more gender driven domestic violence shelters.

I work at a domestic violence shelter in Missouri and all of our shelters help men, most of them house men as well. If they cannot house a man in need of help they help locate him to the nearest shelter that can help him. I am glad to see domestic violence shelters open up for just men and for both genders.

Do we need to have a list in the sub's wiki listing these emerging services and how to contact them?
