Read back at my previous posts for a history of my struggles but I got exactly what I wanted! The hearing lasted about 15 minutes as we had met with our sons guardian ad litem 30 before the hearing and came to a agreement. I was ready to go to war and wanted only what was best for my son so she decided it wasnt worth fighting me in court a she didn't have a lawyer and I'm much smarter than her.

She filed for child supposed a couple weeks ago and I told her I would pay half our sons expenses like child care and insurance so she said she would cancel it but just threatened not to because she is upset. I told her go ahead and proceed with child support as that is the last thing she can use to threaten me with and what I will end up paying is less than what I was going to pay if I just paid half.
