The title pretty much explains must of it. I have a hernia in my groin, which sucks. I'm in the middle of my cutting phase, and was hoping to start bulking relatively soon. But now I can't do that, as I'll probably be unable to lift for at least 3 months. My plan now is to just keep cutting throughout the entire process (which sucks because without being able to even exercise on my cut, I'll have to be even more careful with what I eat), but I know this will just make me skinny fat. I'll be so weak once I can start working out again. I'm so frustrated. Any thoughts on what else I could possibly do to avoid losing strength? I was told I can't even do upper body exercises because anything will put pressure on my abs and as a result irritate the hernia in my groin further.
