Don't worry about her n-count; this is beta behavior. If a girl is 22+ and is a 9 assume she has had 50-100+ partners.

It is very difficult to get accurate information directly about this from females.

The thing is that with time, you should be able to tell based upon everything you learn. (edit: "tell" means can discern what category she is in such as "slut", "possible LTR material", etc)

That is why you do not get serious for a while. You do not commit before you are comfortable with the girl.
