Well it does seem a bit weird depending on how many lines there are. I mean even if the two main characters are male statistically they should talk to at least some females.

Though in the trailer I swear a female ape asks Cesar about the little girl. If they're just factually wrong then sure but otherwise it seems like a somewhat reasonable thing to point out as unlikely.
