How did you come to that conclusion? Please allow me to bring up some salient points on the subject. If they don't change your mind, at least they will make you think on the subject a bit more.

First off, let's take a look at one piece of historical context. A significant number of the rape accusations claim that Cosby raped these women in the 60s and early 70s. No Black celebrity/near celebrity could get away with raping a white woman of any stature; not to mention a white woman who was a celebrity or near celebrity in that time period.

Cosby grew up in the time period right around the death of Emmitt Till. This was a very emotionally charged time for African Americans all across the country. The lessons of that incident certainly would have resounded with him during the time where he began to appear on the Hollywood Jet Set radar. He knew that any accusation of rape in that time period might have easily resulted in his death or permanent incarceration.

If any of those white women had accused Cosby of raping them back in the 60s (whether he did it or not), then we would not be having this discussion. Instead, every February we would be seeing a documentary on PBS stations about how an up and coming young comedian named Bill Cosby had his career ended by a rape accusation that landed him in jail. We would be watching folks like Richard Pryor, Dick Gregory, Ozzie Davis, and Redd Foxx talk about how Cosby had such a bright and wonderful future ahead of him and how it was all shattered because of a rape accusation by a white woman.

Next; if we want to assume that Cosby had a bit of a thing for white women, this next bit of info pretty much begs the question regarding him raping any of them. He was and is very good friends with Hugh Hefner. He could have had his pick of some of the most beautiful women (white or otherwise) in the US. Yes, I know that "rape is a crime of control." But even then; he could have gone nuts with all of those Playboy bunnies and Hef would have kept the whole thing under wraps. So why would he have had to stray outside of that perfect environment during that time period? Occam's Razor is on call here; the answer is that he wouldn't have done so; especially considering his upbringing.

Now, let's talk about a couple of his accusers from that period. First off, you had Janice Dickinson who accused Cosby of drugging and raping her. Without bringing her reputation as an excessive drug user and party girl into the argument, in that period of time, she was a model of significant stature. Dickinson was famous enough that any sort of accusation that she would have made about rape would have been taken seriously if a white man was the accused; not to mention an up and coming black comedian. Cosby didn't have enough juice to silence Dickinson if she made an accusation. She could have ended his career right then and there.

Next, we have Louisa Moritz who accused Cosby of forcing her to perform oral sex on him while they were both appearing on The Tonight Show. Except...one, Cosby was not booked to appear on The Tonight Show on the night in question. The booked comedy guest for that night was none other than the "poet laureate of Hollywood Squares" himself, Nipsey Russell. Apparently, Moritz had trouble telling her "black comedian cocks" apart. Second, Cosby was not even in Hollywood that night. He was appearing at an engagement on the east coast.

Next on the list is his "so-called admission of guilt" regarding his purchasing quaaludes. Contrary to the popular misinterpretation of his statement, Cosby did not "admit to buying quaaludes so he could drug (and rape) women." What Cosby admitted to was buying the drugs for the purpose of using them while he "partied" with women that he hooked up with. That is a very big difference than how people are twisting it. Back in the 60s to the early 80s, quaaludes and alcohol were the combo of choice for the Jet Set. More importantly, is the context of the term "party." Back then, if two (or more) people were getting together to "party," that usually connoted that the use of alcohol and drugs would be involved and would lead up to sexual activity. Back in the 60's and 70s, "party" was their version of "Netflix and Chill."

With all of that being said; the period of time where Cosby would have had enough influence to get away with such behavior would not have come about until the 80s; the period of time leading up to and through his run when "The Cosby Show" sitcom was airing on NBC. During that time period, I have no context as to determine whether he raped any women or not. But considering that more than a few of the accusations that came from the 80s forward have been either debunked or dropped, I have to give Cosby the benefit of the doubt.

Except there is one more mitigating factor that people conveniently ignore or try to dismiss when it is brought up.

Right before this slew of accusations came out, Cosby was in a position to make an attempt to gain a controlling interest in NBC/Universal. For the record, the same thing happened to Michael Jackson when he was about to make a bid to gain controlling interest in Sony International. As we now know, those claims against Jackson were found to be pretty much fabricated, but the damage was done. The legal fees racked up in his defense all but drained his financial resources, placing such a business venture forever out of his reach. And now the same thing is happening to Cosby. By the time that all of these lawsuits have been ran through, he should be well and truly broke and unable to buy a box of Jello pudding, not to mention controlling interest in NBC/Universal.

Just give some of this some thought and see if it makes sense. You know what they say about "things emulating duck-like behavior," right?
