Three schoolgirls who falsely accused a California teacher of being a "perv" who touched them inappropriately have been ordered to pay him $387,000 for defamation. The ringleader of the group, who was 11 years old at the time, must also pay punitive damages.

BS. You don't need a reason to divorce in CA.

If she has a reason though I'm sure she could use it for leverage. He gets caught cheating and it could nullify a prenup that disadvantages her.

Prenupt's don't hold up. I'm guessing she wanted to have an excuse for breaking up. She could say it was his fault.

You're wrong, prenups do hold up......against the person with the penis....

Ok, you might have a point there but who does it for that reason and then has it broadcasted everywhere...? That really smells fishy.

So she tries to get him to cheat. He refuses. She actress commits sexual assault in the third degree against him, and the wife is upset at him because if he wouldn't fuck the model, she felt he wouldn't fuck her.

This must be what male privilege looks like.

If she caught him cheating she would get leverage in the divorce. Considering she had enough time to coordinate the video and sit and watch while the husband worked she probably didn't have a job and would get more money in alimony.

Wtf? Are there laws against trying to make someone do something so that you can take their money in divorce court?
