Women in tech talk about women in tech.

When are women in tech going to talk about something which isn't themselves? Like maybe, I dunno, tech? Only the passing of eons will tell...

Seems alright.

I get that it can be uncomfortable being a woman in a male-dominated field. People talk about the things they have in common. A room full of men is going to have masculine things in common, so a woman coming into that is going to miss out.

Men in male-dominated fields should be aware of that and try not to drive their co-workers away.

Women in female-dominated fields should be aware of that and try not to drive their co-workers away.

Everybody should try not to make their co-workers uncomfortable.

but also,

"I have to prove that I'm an engineer". We all do. 99% of the complaints I hear about being a woman in the workplace come down to things that happen to everybody, but are perceived worse when they happen to a woman. Try to be conscious of that before complaining.
