I think it was more the fact that she killed at least one and probably three white women. She only qualifies for the pussy pass when she kills a man.

EDIT: and don't forget the raping. She might have gotten the pass from feminists had it been a boy or if she personally raped a woman, but raping women with other men disqualifies her.
