Yeah, I think that kind of thing depends on the individual really if we're talking generally about whether you personally are extremely bothered about being photographed etc. like that, but you're right that the double standards with the way people react are just ridiculous.

Yeah that's not right. If she found you attractive, then there's no harm in looking, but picture taking is creep level. I wish I'd get checked out at the gym (not a good enough body) but if I had a pic taken I'd be mad. For me, I'd assume it's for amusement purposes at my expense. You should talk to the gym staff, if you see her try again, confront her. We don't know her motives and it could be bad ones.

If you are uncomfortable, you report it to the owner/ manager. If she is legal and attractive you use it as an invitation to go over and make your move... "Here's my number to go with that pic..."

If she's taking your picture, it's because she thinks your hot (unless you're a disgusting fat fuck and she just wants to share it on social media)
