Heres what happend

I was talking to my gf about my coworker who has been out of the office due to some illness affecting his balls. I'm not sure what condition he had but apparantly he woke up during his surgery while they were operating on him, and he described it as the worst pain in his life like getting stabbed in the balls (according to his friend) but the surgery was succesful overall. I was texting this to my gf and then she was like "lmao S (my gfs coworker, a fat girl) is so mean" and i said what and she said "S said if its small they shouldnt have even bothered"

What the fuck? The guy had a life threatening condition and woke up during a surgery and you make that off the wall joke? My gf even laughed. Not even sure what to think honestly im speechless

Lesson learned 1. Girls dont give a fuck about you if u dont benefit them in some way- ie being their provider or having a big cock to lust over 2. Girls lack empathy 3. AWALT

BTW, Is this acceptable behavior from my gf? She could have easily made that joke about me, had I been the one getting surgery
