Did they tell you what she said that is accusing you of sexual harassment? You have a right to know what ever you're being accused of. Unfortunately it probably will end up as a "who said what" thing. Best thing would probably be as nice and cooperative as possible (to the point it doesn't violate your own rights).

Either this woman was spying on you and your buddies in the locker room (which would be a much larger HR violation), or you did, in fact, engage in verbal sexual harassment in the workplace.

Let your rep advocate for you to make sure that your punishment isn't disproportionate to the offense, and don't say any more "stupid shit about women in general" at work.
