"She" was tailgating me for about 3 miles so I slowed to 5 under the speed limit (30 in a 35 school zone) so she decided to get out of her car at a red light and tell me I was childish. I just laughed and rolled my window up.

So you drive in a manner to provoke a response, then you are surprised you get a response and somewhere in your mind it should be OK to get out and assault somebody? This isn't anything to do with mens rights. Go get a therapist.

This is the best you can do. these women will not be prosecuted. The best you can do is to film them and make it as widely distributed as possible. At least, people will see what women get away with. Angels they are not.
