Happened in 2011 but I'm a father who was awarded sole custody of my daughter, while active duty military, facing a deployment, in the Baptist bible belt, with a female judge. Dad rights are horrible in this country. My ex wife have never ONCE paid child support. When I called to try and have someone call her and make her start the lady on the phone told me " Oh, you just want her money then." I asked them to send me the forms to fill out that would make my ex wife start paying child support and pay back child support. My name is Daniel. I told them FOUR times that I was the father and that my ex owed child support. They sent me paperwork for ME to pay child support. When I called to have them re send it they sent it to me but on all the paperwork instead of Daniel, it was for "Danielle". I finally got it set up correctly and called my ex to ask if she received anything telling her to start paying. She said the lady called her and they talked for a while and the lady told her "No judge in America is going to send a woman to jail for not paying for their child ". This was all in 2014. She still has not paid child support.
