I would love to hear from anyone with legal experience in family court, though I also want to know from people knowledgeable about reciprocal international child support agreements various states have made with foreign countries. I've read some states have made agreements with countries. I have been unable to find a list of all states who have made such agreements and the countries they have made them with. Would you happen to know?
How are these enforced? Supposed the father flees to another country. Can the government of the country he escaped from revoke his passport weeks after his escape? Even if they are not aware of his whereabouts?
