Today, a man has been jailed for 3 years after being condemned for sexual aggression (not rape)

Woman claims:

  • A man of 1.85m with a motorbike followed her and touched her private parts above the clothes

  • She saw him 11 days later on a super market, she took a photo, followed him home and then filled a police report

  • days later on a police lineup, she said he was the aggressor

Proven facts by the man:

  • He is gay

  • He was dinning that day with his family

  • height: 1.73m

  • Doesn't have motorbike license

  • He was talking with his boyfriend on facebook (proved with logs) at the time the aggression happened

Judge: The woman identified him on a police line up. She described him with generic physical aspects and some of them like the hair style or the clothing didn't even match. Even with that, and without any hard evidence, he has been sentenced to 3 years because the judge thought she was very insistent during the trial in which he was the aggressor.
