If someone started a conversation with you by asking "Why do you hate women, is it because they were born?" would you bother engaging them?

Do you actually think women hate you for being a man? I think that's going too far the other way.

edit: Never actually been to r/Feminism before seeing this post, looking at top recent posts I found this almost immediately. You'd have better results if you didn't sound like you were trying to pick a fight from the outset.
