What are the signs of bad genetics in a male?

Weak jaw/poor teeth placement or hygiene - Low availability to food, malnutrition, restricted breathing etc. The person lacked proper nutrition, or wasn't able to find enough food to chew to properly develop the jaw.

Premature baldness - A signifier of older age, ie, poor fertility. A thick set of hair means youth and high fertility. Youth also correlates to strength, endurance, health etc.

Poor skeletal frame, bad muscle insertions - Bad strength leverages, aka being weaker.

Short/skinny - Less mass and strength to defend an attacker. Women do NOT like skinny men, literally less than 1% of women prefer a skinny guy over an ottermode/brad pitt in fight club. Shortness depends of course on the surroundings. But if you're in Scandinavia or Holland, you're in a tough uphill battle if you're 170cm. But in china you could pull that height of better since the average man is probably closer to that. Of course this is do to the need of the man to protect his woman and children etc. A skinny or a way below average height guy simply stand no chance against an attacker.

Low cheekbone placement/zygos - high cheekbones and wide zygos, correlate to the jaw strength, lots of muscle connections in the cheekbone area, in men a sign of high testosterone (strength). High cheekbone and wide zygos -> good.

Thin eyebrows /small eyelashes - To prevent sweat and dirt to enter the eye. Thicker eyebrows and longer eyelashes are prefered.

Nose - depends on region, but a longer, straight nose is prefered in europe, to warm the air entering our lungs. The nose is the main breathing device of our body. A nose correlates with the mouth/jaw. Mouth breathing makes your jaw underdeveloped, see proper tounge posture to correct this problem. If your jaw is receeding, then it can restrict breathing.

Body hair - i dont think this will make or break any relation. But many consider chest hair a signifier of high testosterone. I wouldn't worry about this one.

Paleness in men - Could mean a lot of things, for example anemia, lack of proper nutrients, poor health etc. Preferably, don't be pale as a man.

The absolute ones are strong asymmetries, pale, anything that suggests he's weak. Some stuff that suggests absence of testosterone but doesn't imply in looking weak is read poorly as well. High pitched voice, abdominal fat.
Relative ones are the guys that are very different from the norm of a place. Different hair, different eye color, shit like that. For women different is bad, each chance she takes costs 9 months of increased risk, a chance of death and a few restless years.

Also, besides looks, are there any behavioral patterns (body language like hoe one looks at people, etc) that indicate that a man is low quality material?

"Material" meaning low value, and not simply bad genes here. Status is EXTREMELY important. A man's status tells a woman how much the society will help his (and hers) offspring in succeeding, and how much society will aid her just because she is his children's mother.

Low status men, bullied (or that became extremely defensive due to it), outcasts, no-friends, are also extremely unattractive.
